Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar declared U/S 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 is a leading University in India offering professional programmes in the disciplines of Engineering, Medicine, Dental Science, Nursing, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, Management, Law, Hotel Management and Agricultural Sciences, Veterinary Science. SOADU was reaccredited by NAAC with A++ grade (highest grade) in 2022. The university offers a vibrant atmosphere for teaching – learning, research & development and socially inclusive extension activities through all its undergraduate and post graduate programmes. In 2024, it is ranked as 14th in University category, 26th in Engineering category, 21st in Medical category, 09th in Dental category, 09th in LAW category, 62nd in Management category, 50th in Research category and 24th in Overall category.
