Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar, declared under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, is a leading multidisciplinary university in India offering a wide range of professional programmes in Engineering, Sciences, Medicine, Dental Sciences, Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Management, Law, Hotel Management, Agriculture, and allied disciplines. The university fosters a vibrant environment for teaching–learning, research and development, innovation, and socially inclusive extension activities across undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes. SOA is NAAC A++ accredited (Cycle-3, valid till 2029) and holds Category-I Graded Autonomy status from UGC, with 13 programmes accredited by NBA, ABET accreditation for three engineering programmes, ICAR accreditation for agricultural programmes, and NABH accredited SUM Hospital and NABL accredited Diagnostics Laboratory.
